AccuWeather: weather data based on your power station location

All user personal data and business data are stored on servers located within the territory of the People’s Republic of China and will not be transmitted overseas without legal approval.

You may view your personal and device information via “Mine - Profile” in the Platform APP.

4.2 Right of Rectification

You may modify incorrect or incomplete personal or device information through “Mine - Settings”.

4.3 Right of Deletion

You may request us to delete your personal information if we collect or use your information in violation of laws or this Policy, if services are terminated, or if you withdraw your consent.

4.4 Account Cancellation

You may cancel your account through the following steps: Mine → Settings → Cancel Account. After cancellation, all personal data, binding records and operation logs will be deleted or anonymized and cannot be restored.

4.5 Right to Withdraw Consent

You may withdraw your authorization at any time by disabling device permissions or turning off message notifications.

5. Minor Protection

Our services are mainly intended for adult users. If you are a minor under 18 years old, you must read this Policy with the guidance and consent of your legal guardian. If we discover personal information collected from minors without valid guardian consent, we will promptly delete such information.

6. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in accordance with legal requirements and business adjustments. The updated Policy will be published on the Platform and take effect immediately. Material changes will be notified via APP push, email or SMS. Your continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
